Chang Cheng Chinese School is recruiting instructors! Both hourly paid or volunteering opportunities are available. We are looking to fill teaching positions in the following subject areas:
- Chinese Language (Simplified Chinese and Han Yu Pin Yin)
- Chinese Traditional Painting
- Chinese Calligraphy
- Chinese Chess
- Mathematics and Arithmetics
- Musical Instruments (Violin, guitar, harmonica, etc.)
- We will also consider any other subjects that you specialize in.
Ideal candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to commit to teach for one full school year.
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin (Pu Tong Hua).
- Musk have a minimum of high school level reading and writing skills in Chinese.
- Must have a firm understanding of Han Yu Pin Yin.
- Must be able to teach classes in bilingual Mandarin and English.
- Must be able to control classroom and interact with children age 5 – 14 years old.
- Must be able to use email, word processing, and excel spreadsheet.
- Prior teaching experiences preferred.
- Candidate with college education background preferred.

- 有大学以上学历的申请人会优先考虑。
